End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Digital Inspiration End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Digital Inspiration ("Licensor"), the owner of various Google Workspace add-ons including Mail Merge, Document Studio, Form Notifications, and Creator Studio.

By installing any of our Google Workspace add-ons ("Licensed Application"), you indicate your acceptance of these terms.

2. License Grant

Licensor grants you a:

• Revocable
• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable

license to use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control that are affiliated with your Google Account.

3. License Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, reverse-engineering, or disassembling the Application
• Attempting to derive source code
• Modifying or creating derivative works
• Renting, leasing, or lending the Application

• The Application is licensed on a per-user subscription basis
• Businesses must purchase a subscription for each employee using the Application
• Pricing is subject to change without notice
• Updates are provided during active subscription periods
• Expired subscriptions require renewal for continued use

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Digital Inspiration.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Application is provided "As Is" without any warranties. Digital Inspiration does not warrant:

• The accuracy or completeness of Application content
• That the Application will meet your requirements
• That operation will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Privacy Policy

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to our Privacy Policy regarding collection, storage, and sharing of your information.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Inspiration harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Violation of this Agreement or any laws
• Violation of third-party rights

10. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for:

• Special, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Personal injury or privacy violations

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
