Quick Setup (60 Seconds)

Transform your Google Forms into a contact management powerhouse in three simple steps.

Step 1: Connect Google Contacts (20 seconds)

  1. Open your Google Form
  2. Click ExtensionsForm2ContactsStart Setup
  3. In the dialog that appears, click Connect Google Contacts
  4. Complete the Google authorization in the popup window
  5. Wait for the green checkmark confirmation

Success Indicator: You'll see "✅ Connected to Google Contacts" when complete.

Step 2: Map Your Fields (30 seconds)

Form2Contacts automatically detects and suggests field mappings:

  1. Review the suggested mappings in the table
  2. Adjust any mappings using the dropdown menus
  3. Select a contact group (or create a new one)
  4. Click Save & Activate

Step 3: Test Your Setup (10 seconds)

  1. Submit a test response to your form
  2. Open Google Contacts
  3. Check your selected group for the new contact
  4. Verify all fields mapped correctly

Test Checklist

  • ✓ Contact appears in Google Contacts
  • ✓ Contact is in the correct group
  • ✓ All mapped fields show correct data
  • ✓ No duplicate contacts created

Common Adjustments

Change Contact Group

  1. Go to Setup Field Mapping
  2. Select a different group from dropdown
  3. Click Save & Activate

Create Custom Group

  1. In field mapping dialog, click + New Group
  2. Enter group name
  3. Select the new group from dropdown
