What Gets Imported

The import creates these columns in your spreadsheet:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Company
  • Phone
  • Address1
  • Address2 (if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Country

Current Limitations

Development Note: The contacts feature currently uses sample data for demonstration. Full Google Contacts integration is coming soon.

Currently, the import provides sample contact data to help you:

  • Test the label creation process
  • See how imported data appears
  • Design your label templates
  • Practice before using real data

Using Imported Contacts

Once contacts are in your spreadsheet:

  1. Review the data - Check that all information looks correct
  2. Add/edit as needed - Make any manual adjustments
  3. Create labels - Open PrintPerfect Labels sidebar
  4. Use merge fields - Reference the imported columns:

{{name}} {{address1}} {{city}}, {{state}} {{zip}}
